HOW DOES FRUITILICIOUS DELIVER?
All orders are freshly prepared and delivered in temperature-controlled thermal bags with cooling elements to maintain freshness and prevent melting.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
To request any changes or cancellations, please ensure you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time.
For modifications or cancellations, kindly email us at info.fruiti@gmail.com with your order date, order number, and reason for the request. You may also contact our customer helpline, and our team will assist you through the process.
Please note, once an order has been dispatched from our kitchen, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. After a successful cancellation, you may place a fresh order as per your preference.
If you want, I can make this slightly more strict/luxury toned (less "may" more "will not") to protect your operations better.
WHEN & HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION?
The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same credit or debit card that was used to transact with. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order online any time, or by calling us on our Fruitilicious® store directly.
HOW MUCH CAN I WRITE IN MY CARD MESSAGE?
Your personalized card message can be up to 300 characters, including spaces, punctuation, and symbols-giving you just enough room to make it thoughtful and meaningful.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCT ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
Fruitilicious® products are made from fresh fruit with no added preservatives. Every bouquet is freshly made so Please enjoy immediately, or refrigerate within 1 hour to ensure quality. We strongly advise to consume the fruits as fresh as possible the same day.
If store in fridge for longer time there is a risk it will end up smelling and tasting like the food stored next to it in the refrigerator.
However, if you were to leave it outside in the heat, the product will become non-consumable. So we urge you to take the same level of care as we do while delivering to you fresh from kitchen store straight to you 😊
