HOW DOES FRUITILICIOUS DELIVER?
Products are dispatched from our kitchen store which are specially packed in temperature controlled thermal bag with necessary cooling materials to ensure freshness and melt-free delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
To change your order, you would have to cancel it prior to it being dispatched from our kitchen store. You can send us an e-mail on Info.fruiti@gmail.com with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation; or else reach out to us on +919833700116. Our agent will assist you through the process of cancelling your order. After this, you may place a fresh order. However, after products have been dispatched, changing, cancelling or refunding will not be possible.
WHEN & HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION?
The amount will be refunded/reimbursed to the same credit or debit card that was used to transact with. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.

Please contact us on our phone or email provided on the website to cancel your order. Cancellation are only accepted before the day and date of delivery of your order.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCT ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
Fruitilicious® products are made from fresh fruit with no added preservatives. Every bouquet is freshly made so Please enjoy immediately, or refrigerate within 2 hour to ensure quality. We strongly advise to consume the fruits as fresh as possible the same day. If store in fridge for longer time there is a risk it will end up smelling and tasting like the food stored next to it in the refrigerator. However, if you were to leave it outside in the heat, the product will become non-consumable. So we urge you to take the same level of care as we do while delivering to you fresh from our kitchen store straight to you 😊.
